Discovered an open item on ITC, due to FNB not updating records for 10 (ten) months.
I applied for a personal loan, then discovered that I do not have a positive credit rating.
On further investigation, it was FNB that still have my name on ITC for owing money.
This car was paid in full by MERC in MARCH 2013. Nothing was done by FNB to notify them that the car was settled in full.
Needless to say, I fetched a letter from MERC to show that the car was paid in full plus a record of the deposit slip. I tried to explain to the person that it should not be on ITC,
Her reply was this is not my problem you do not qualify or the loan. There is nothing we can do, goodbye.
So FNB how are you going to help me now.
