On Monday 09/12/13, my wife E-Mailed messrs Rhode, to require from her, documentation regarding our 3 policies. She answered back per Mail that she was out of office for the day, and should be back by Tuesday morning. At 06H50 on 10/12/13 my wife contacted her via W/up to remind her about the documents required. At 07H45 on Tue 10/12/13, she replied via W/up that she will mail to us promptly. On Wed 11/12/13 at 08H15, my wife sent another W/up inquiring the sendin of the documentation. At 08H30 Jolene responded by W/up, that she will notify my wife upon her sending the documents.
She has been our consultant for 3 years now, managing all our Sanlam requirements. Up until now Friday 13/12/13 at 13H02, nothing received or heard from Jolene. This action prompted me to drive the 22km from Fochville to Carletonville, and collect these forms from the Sanlam branch
