They took money from my account without my consent

My husband applied for a loan, but decided not to take up the offer. He never received any money from them, and did not sign a contract.
However, they deducted over R800 from his bank account. I supplied all the proof that they were at fault, but after 11 days they have still not done anything to rectify their mistake
