Pension payout delay

I resigned from FNB in August 2013, and to date I haven't received a cent of my pension. I have waited for 4 months now and haven't heard anything. I contacted Pertunia May on the 9th December to find out on the progress and as to why I haven't received the money. She advised me that she would contact me back and I still haven't heard anything. Since leaving FNB I have still been such a loyal client and have still been holding FNB in high regards, and have been recommending FNB to everyone I meet. I am highly disappointed in the bad service I am receiving and would like this problem to be solved promptly as I need the money. Please help me someone!!!
