Just need to tell the world out there the wonderful experience I had in dealing with the claims consultant. Our claim was handed quickly and with lots of commitment.
My personal experience of dealing with Mr Hilgard de Wet was of a man who gave my case a good hearing and acted promptly and with understanding for the plight we were in. Both our microwave oven and refridgerator was recently damaged by a power failure in our area.
This has today been replaced and we can only express our gratitude and happiness that there were no hassles during our claiming process.
I will certainly deal with Mr Hilgard de Wet again whenever ever necessary. As a matter of fact he went out of his way to avail himself to give valuable advice about certain policy wording and concerns I had for which I am extremely greatful for and which has put my mind at ease now.
