Insurance company not doing their job
My phone sustained water damage and I logged a claim on the 28 October 2013 and I still have no phone. All Miss Retha can say, she forwarded it to the insurer as she can't make the decision to pay for my phone. At the moment she is ignoring my emails.
I have always recommended Custos Garrun (Pty) Ltd but not anymore.
