To Whom it may concern.
FNB just broke the camel's back with the final straw. I am looking to change banks in the near future. I need 3 business bank accounts, 1 credit card, 1 personal acc, 2 speed point machines (1 for the forecourt and the other for the convenience shop) 1 petro card. And maybe move my bond as well. Approx 30 staff bank accounts. And 1 off shore bank account.
After weeks of hassles with my speed point machines which all the funds have yet to be paid they close my personal Acc after 6 weeks of inactivity and then just shrug their shoulders when I complain and tell me to go and get R44.40 cash to reopen it.
I am no big shot millionaire making FNB rich and neither am I an Easy Account holder, but expect a bit more from the customer service rep than a gaze over my shoulder towards the next sucker in line.
