I lodged a claim with Absa idirect on the 29th of November online and since then no one has even attempted to contact me regarding my claim. Every time I phone I am being shoved from pillar to post.
It is so bad now that to protect my own family I had to get contractors in at my own cost to repair my alarm system and start fixing some of the electricity points to avoid a fatal accident from occurring due to Absa clearly not caring.
The tiles on the roof that is broken for nearly two weeks now has also resulted in the ceilings now being damaged due to absa dragging their feet.
I can not understand how n big concern like Absa can treat their clients with so much disrespect or is it because they are too big and think they are untouchable.
