After finalising an initial quote from Outsurance that I had accepted, it became apparent that the incorrect year model for the vehicle had been captured. Once the information was updated to the correct year model, the premium increased by R90. I stated I was unhappy with this, and that I needed it to be resolved, as the incorrect capturing of the year model was through no fault of my own. Cavan, and his manager David went the extra mile to resolve this, for which I am most grateful.
