Dubious Transaction handling

I opened my unit trust account through a Adviser at your Fourways branch and agreed to pay her 1% commission. When i got a statement of my account R1000 was missing and she equated this to admin costs. i asked for a break down of the costs next thing i was accusing her of my funds. Later on, i received an email informing me of an error on your transactions department. Now i have transferred R20000 on Thursday 5 December and the funds have not been allocated to my portfolio the proof of payment has been sent to your transactioning department from the 6th of December. I have asked when the funds will be reflective and have been told your consultants cannot say. The money has been in limbo for the last 3 odd days!!! What is your transactions department doing. I DO NOT TRUST OLD MUTUAL. YOU ARE OUT TO normal consumers. It is deplorable behaviour coming from such a reputable organisation (or so we think)

I WILL WITHDRAW MY FUNDS AND WILL NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO INVEST WITH YOU EVER AGAIN!! I tried to log a complaint on your complaints page and because i am non south african i do not have an SA ID number and cannot submit a complaint on your site!!! Lets be clever please
