My husband paid over more than R18000 at FNB Olympus 7 years ago for an Discovery credit card. this money was never paid over to the account number that was on the back of the cheque. The money was taken from his Nedbank account. Now they handed him over to legal and now they cannot find trace of the money. we provided them with all the details concerning this and they just pull up their shoulders and wants us to pay again. this is now going on for to long and must be sorted out asap.
