My appointment was for 9:00 and I came in early and Riedewaan Samuels assisted me early. My assessment was completed by 8:37. He took the time to explain to me the damages and the fact that my vehicle is under warranty so he will need to send me to a VW approved panelshop. I appreciated the way I was handled. This is only my second claim, but it went a lot more smoothly than the first time I claimed.
