Not acceptalbe levels of assistiance

I received and SMS to request further deposits as my account balance was low, and call 0865774000, to make arrangemnts, I did but no option for GP on the IVR, select EC, explained the whole issue and was told to redail and make the ocrrect selection. I then got through to an agent who asked me call a Andrew, I did and advised that there isnt anything he can do-so why is the sms contridicting this? I also have copies of my itemised billings to show many times I called and the durantions that I was kept on hold for. I even sent a request to Premier banking for assitiance that only responsed 23:55 last night (cleary trying to work within his SLA) to tell me what i already know, and secondly too late. FNB service is truely not the greatest hey!!! I also request to downgrade my account status as I am not benfiting from the serviced that I am suppose to enjoy-and eventually move my business away.
