I experienced a problem on my new Short Term policy with King Price, and thought to myself... hmmmmm, is this the trend of things to come!
However, I was very pleasantly surprised when Yolande took me through the process, arranged a month's free insurance, was unbelievably patient and kind with me on the phone - and believe me, I was very irate when I called in. She understood my concerns, managed to get me relaxed and calm - and at the same time I decided to insure mine and my daughters mobiles - what an awesome experience.
And... wait for it... the insurance premium DECREASES every month with King Price!!! No increases each year - and let's face it - if your car depreciates, why the increases?
I challenge ALL insurance companies to re-look at their pricing structures again and stop ripping us loyal clients off!
