All I called for was a QUOTE, after being told by the call centre agent that I had to give all the details, there was all a sudden a policy in my name.
I called to query and cancel and was assured I would get the cancellation confirmation, but what do the send me??? A brochure of a policy. In case they cannot understand verbally, I WANT MY CANCELLATION CONFIRMATION. I don't know how much simpler I can put it.
If I do not have it by MONDAY, I will be at the head office causing a HUGE scene
