I contacted Nedbank for car insurance quote. Within 3 hrs Auto General phoned me, I gave them the necessay info and they e-mailed me the quotation. I discussed it with my wife and concluded that the premium is very high. All this happened on Monday. On Tuesday a guy from Tracker arranged by Auto General gave me a call. Unfortunately I gave him the bad news that the premium is high. He transfered me to cancellation department for cancellation of the policy. They told me that a guy will call me for confirmation of cancellation of the policy. Indeed today the third of July, Mzwandile phoned me for confirmation of cancellation. He e-mailed me confirmation and requested me to rate the service.
