I went to Capitec with the hope that id be able to consolidate my debt and when i go there i got great service and was informed that i qualify and that i need to go get my settlement letters from Josua Door and some small company i had a term loan wih, when i got back their systems were offline so i was forced to go get another settltment letter as the ones i had had expired. I went back and was assisted and was told that Joshua Door and the little loan was paid up and some money was deposited into my account, all went well until i got an sms informing me that Joshua Door had deducted from my account then i went to both institutions to try and find out what had happened and i was in the dark for 2 weeks beeing sent from pilar to post to find out what had happened as Joshua Door said there was no money Received to settle my accounts and Capitec stated that they had paid the amount. After 2 weeks i was informed by the Consultant that he had only settled my instalments and they didnt do what i asked them to do. I WANTED TO CONSOLIDATE SO I ONLY HAVE 1 INSTALMENT TO PAY BECAUSE I FELT LIKE I COULDNT AFFORD IT ANYMORE AND CAPITEC DID THE OPPOSITE AND INCREASED MY OBLIGATIONS...
