SInce when do FNB dictate to customers?

Since when do you FNB - tell me the customer what i must pay? Sorry dictate? I refuse to accept attitude from individuals who work at your institution. I will pay what i negotiated, not what you dictate to me. listen to the conversation i had with her... 05.12.2013 -11.40 am. If the insurance company does't understand how you work, don't tell me... tell them. I dont want to know this, it means in my life. You call them up and discuss this with them and do your job... isn't that what you paid to do... if something is wrong fix it... i called in 2 days ago and was helped by an over efficient individual, knew what i wanted to know before i even asked the question, advised me... was over the moon... but today... the total opposite. Sad when you get individuals who come with attitudes to destroy an image that someone else worked very hard to build. Next time, listen to the customer... i pay for service, and i applaud the person cos its only ethical, but i don't pay for attitude.
