Not sure how many times I need to bring this to your attention before you make changes. I also cannot understand that the developers & ABSA staff do not experience the same issues & then not do something about it.
The hyperlink on the old internet banking that states " try new online banking" should infact read " logoff". If I click this hyperlink/tab/button, it immediately logs me off

Is it your intention to frustrate users of this platform?

Previously on the old internet banking we had access to our history on the bank statements. You have now changed this to only a month or two.
Was it your intention to improve the experience or was it to perhaps frustrate customers by removing some of the facilities that were available?
It is essential that I have access to this information on a monthly basis
