E-bucks Manual allocation

Lm a cheque account holder of FNB. On the 26th of November, l called the e-Bucks Contact centre to register. l was told that seeing that l am a work permit holder, l will need to e-mail my query through the info@ebucks email address. Which, l did, and on the 28th of November, l received and e-mail from Pulane Mokeona to which l responded swiftly

On the 2nd of December, Pulane sent me an e-mail without an attachment, which l notified her/him of thus. Fast forward to December the 4th, l still had not got my attachment hence l called in, again, only to be told by Sibongile that she is not available. l decidec to call later on, to Sandile, who informed me that Pulane, is Senior management hence she cannot talk.

After giving him my details for verification that was when l finnaly got my attachment. Question is, is the mentioned Pulane Mokoena so busy with Management duties to attend to peasants?
