I called through to miway to discuss a recent premium increase, the first consultant who came to the phone was not helpful and un-informed. I then asked to have a supervisor to call me back. Lemmy called me back and explained everything and helped in sourcing a better rate for my needs. I am quite happy and pleased to continue my business with miway after Lemmy's intervention
