After several (very long) frustrating calls to the Miway call centre and requesting quotation updates that never happened (with every request I made) I was finally put through to Yugo. He seems to have a solid understanding of the system and product he is working with and was able to update my policy to my requirements in an efficient manner. Thank you Yugo
