I logged a complaint against Standard Bank. Within a week ALL my issues were resolved. I would just like to thank Standard bank for the prompt service.
Although this is a compliment, I believe that if they LISTEN to their customers, including the man on the street, websites like Hello Peter would not be necessary.
Keep up the good work Standard Bank, and Hello Peter for giving the man on the street a voice.
This is the level of service we expect from the people who handle our money.
