"My Help - Emergency Service???

My Help "Where were/are you when needed???

Wednesday morning phoned in for the "Assistance of an electrician" - my policy allows me this service, as my garage door motor would not respond to the remote, (There was an attempted break in at our complex)

When I go through, the person who answered could not even clearly provide his name, I gave this up as a joke, and continued to explain my NEED, gave my policy @ and Client # - RESPONSE from him was, "Sorry can not find you on the system? @#$

Well been client for 5 years, never used this facility, still did not help by dilemma.

After approx 12 minutes later he mentioned that he would have to do it manually, this became more and more of a frustration of "Wait, unbelief, and Frustration" - When he finally answered me after putting me on hold, he told me that he has to check the system again - Now approx 14 minutes.

I could not hold on anymore, and lost the connection.

Ok, so today is Friday, so NO response or feedback or help or electrician, AND I had to "Lock & Chain" my garage doors for safety.

We found someone who offered to assist us and got the motor to work

WHERE WAS MIWAY MYHELP WHEN WE NEEDED YOU???
