Incorrect details and continual harassment

MiWay insurance has been constantly calling me on my Cell number asking to speak to some lady who has registered her account on my cellphone number, and is now in arrears. The first few times this has happened i was very understanding and calmly requested that they remove my number from their records, as I had no connection with the person they were trying to contact, they told me they would send the information to their accounts department and i thought the matter to be resolved, however the following day it happened again, and has been continuing for quite some time, I continued to request that they amend the account details, yet to no avail, until I started to become frustrated, eventually I told them to immediately remove my number form their account and that I would like to speak to a manager whereupon i was promptly told that this was my problem, and that I was to contact the account holder to get her to amend the details and then the person from the call center promptly hung up. If this is how unprofessional and inefficient their call center is, I can only surmise how pathetic the rest of their services are... MiWay or the Highway... I'll take the highway every time.
