I am not a member but debited my account

On the 21st i decided to join One plan and the next morning the 22nd i sent an email to cancel as i had changed my mind and I received and email confirming this and last night two amounts of R150.00 and R1408.00 have gone off from my account. WHY??? when i am not a member??? I need a letter stating that my bank can reverse these funds by 10h00 this morning or my lawyers will be in contact with you!!!
