From being a very happy client of King Price, I am absolutely appalled with the level of service or lack of it.
Getting my Vehicle insured as easy as 1 2 3, but the after service is non-existing.
I have be trying to get through to the call center for the past 3 days to log a Windscreen Claim needless to say I have had no luck in doing so.
One holds on the line close to forever, the call directs to a KING PRICE voice mail which is FULL AND CANNOT TAKE ANY MORE MESSAGES...
Unbelievable.
Guess Cheap comes at a Price!!!
