Well I have been trying to phone the call centre at Sanlam.. everytime I just get this message.. We unable to attend to your call.. I dont want to leave a message. I need to speak to a person that can address my issue. 17 calls = 0 answer..
Why you having a call centre if you cant take a call. This is so absolute pathetic but then again maybe we should not be surprised. Companies is following suit in bad service delivery
