My flooded house

My house and car were flooded early hours of Saturday 16th November 2013. We called Outsurance 24hr help line who couldn't help with anything. They promised to call back the next morning at 8am. We ended calling them again at 8:30am. Outsurance didn't help with anything, we had to call Dryforce direct to come help us with the clean up. There excuse is that they are over welmed. Yet they have enough staff to do quotes and setup debit orders. They don't return calls, emails and don't send read requests to your mails. It's has been 2 weeks since we contacted Outsurance and we are still waiting for assessors. They have different guys for everything. They will happily take your money but when it's time to claim they try there best to delay the prosses until you are fed up with them enough to agree to what ever they decide to pay. Our car still has water in the spare wheel area even after having vacuumed it out ourselves and by professionals. (no thanks to outsurance for there help... again). If you are about to insure your house, contents or car with outsurance i will gladly convince you otherwise, and save you the agony of going threw what we going threw.
