This is to compliment an individual that has gone over and above the call of duty to assist me in my claim and getting it resolved. Very rarely do you get an individual who will go this far to ensure that their claims are being honoured and after meeting the person last night I am truly honoured to say that the world needs more of her and the company would be wise to afford such an individual the recognition for a job well done...
