This morning I was driving behind a truck and it flung a stone that hit my sunroof. Its now broken and I drove with a hole on the roof if the car. At seven o clock I submitted a form on their website for them to call back and six hours later the haven't.
I called and I was put on hold for more than half an hour until my free minutes got finished.
Its the rainy season now and I will not be held accountable for any water damage that will be the result of their slow response time.
