Poor Home Loan Service for a low Risk Client

I am very unhappy with the service I received Lately with regards to my Bond Application at FNB. It took them over 3 weeks to supply me with a quote. When I received the quote I requested a rate review due to the fact that I feel the interest rate I got was out of line. That was on the 18th of November. After I phoned Thando and Vishal at Home Loans Numerous times and after lots of promises I received an answer on the 21st of November. I phoned in again to look what was on the system and the rate review feedback was lodged on the 19th already??? They knew I had only until Friday to make a decision. My offers from 2 other banks expired due to this poor service and I couldn't apply at my third option due to time limitations with regards to my offer to purchase contract.. I was then forced to accept the offer from FNB. In my motivation to do the rate review I stipulated reasons and I still have the email as reference. NOBODY supplied me with reasons why they don't want to change it. I am very unhappy and if this is not going to be rectified soon I wont be a client for much longer, There are other banks who are hungry for business.
