I would like a proper review done

I was hoping to write a compliment as process of applying for a home loan with Nedbank got off rather smoothly. After receiving feedback on my application which was approved for 90% at an interest rate of 10.20%, I was in contact with one of your staff members whose name I cannot recall and it does not help that she used to contact me using a private number. She would call me wanting to know why I am delaying in accepting the offer and if there was anyway she could help. As I had applied for a home loan at other banks as well for the same property, I shared with her that Standard bank is giving me an interest rate of 8, 97% & she suggested that I should send the documentation from Standard bank as she is positive that Nedbank Home loans can match that interest rate. I did as requested, my request landed on Viloshinie Reddy who for starters would never provide me with feedback, I had to pursue her. On Wednesday, 3 April 2013, I called the contact centre & a gentleman called Oliver told me right away that my request to review interest rate was not granted. I called Viloshinie who disputed Oliver's version & assured me that a decision has not yet been made which was a lie.
