I have been overcharged for my Samsung device and contract for the past 3 months (an additional charge of R100 to cell c when I am already paying the full amount to FNB).
I queried this on the 30th of October and the charges have still not been reversed -another one has actually been added for this month.
This is just the latest in a long list of problems I have had with FNB since I switched to them in June.
