I bought a watch for my husband in November last year as a birthday present from deal click, his birthday being in December. However the face of the watch was too big however I decided I would still give it to my husband, if he really didnt like it I would return it and obtain a refund. I also sent an email to Rick at Deal Click to ask him if this was ok, and he said that it was, I just need to return the watch in its original packaging. Turned out that my husband felt the watch was too big as well and so I contacted Rick again and he said that I must contact him after the 07/01/2013.And so I returned the watch myself to Rick at their offices in Houghton on the 09/01/2013.I asked Rick if there was any forms that needed to be filled in and he said no, I just needed to provide my banking details. I emailed the information to him. Till today I have not receiived my refund. I phoned and I emailed, I spoke to a lady by the name of Gugu over the phone and over email and she assured me that she would phone me back and advise what is happening. Gugu still has not called me back. On the 18/01/2013 I called their offices again and left a message and still no response and no refund! They are pathetic
