Shocking Response on Third Party Claim

I was involved in an accident, a Company called world of windows drivers drive into the side of my car in April 2013, I have since had to get my car fixed 3 times and have not seen even an email of response, i kept getting told someone will contact me every time i try find out whats going on, i sent in all my details and i haven't even gotten a email to say it has been received. I have spent a lot of money on repairs and i am not even on to the bodywork yet, why must i pay for someone else's mistake? I am flat broke and can't afford this, why am i not getting treated right? I'm just completely ignored, its disgusting! I want compensation for the damages occurred by the driver!
