I have recently taken out insurance with Oakhurst and to my dismay i have had very disappointing service. They have taken their premium for the last 3 months without informing me of where to take my car for the inspection and im also still waiting for them to contact me regrding the tracker unit that still needs to be installed in my vehicle.

I have sent numerous emails to Nosi and have not recieved any response regarding my problem. I would like to know who will be responsible if anything should happen to my vehicle before the inspection.
