My credit card account has been handed over, and i've got an agreement to pay the account off in installments every month. Every month i try to call them to find out my outstanding balance, and i ALWAYS have a problem getting an answer! The phone will ring repetitively and then just go off. Occasionally a voice note will be played instructing me to leave my number and account number, but no one ever return those calls. This is now the NINTH month that it happened and im over it! POOR pathetic service!
