A summary, Your company offered a ridiculous settlement for an accident. When we suggested that this matter has reached a point where your client is being taken to court and I was not interested in stories any more from M&F, your Durban staff closed the call! Your poor client is now facing court action because of you!
But fear not the end is near, someone leaves a response after weeks on Hello Peter suggesting that I am now a happy customer. Why? it is not that your head office acted responsibly and jumped in to assist your client. It could so easily have been resolved. Now your client is facing the cost of repair Legal admin costs. It could have been avoided just by not being arrogant!
See the damage you are causing. I am proud to say I have told my story to more than one of your clients so far and the damage your Durban branch has done to your brand is immense!
