In the recent past I have experienced numerous problems with Dial Direct. My policy has been a huge mess where call centre agents were doing all sorts of things that I found difficult to understand as a customer. I was being shunted from pillar to post without anyone addressing my real problem (which was the cancellation of my policy).
Thanks goodness I landed up with Kunall who from the word go displayed exceptional customer service. he analysed my problem wholistically and came up with a solution that was beyond my expectations. He displayed extensive product knowledge and asked solution driven questions. I can spend the whole day counting how good and efficient he was but all I can say is the man is a true asset to his company and they are lucky to have him.
