I have also tried to trade since yesterday and it appears this platform is drenched in flaws! I am utterly DISGUSTED at the lack of communication regarding technical flaws PARTICULARLY from a telecommunications operator. Today seems to be WORSE! Markets only open for 5 minutes and closed the next 3 hours... 3 years ago when MTN was collecting our money, all systems seemed fully operational and now when we would like our returns, nothing seems to be working.
Dear MTN please do something before I allude to presumptions...
Once again my complaint not with the fact that you maybe experiencing technical glitches but with the lack of communication to shareholders. (A simple SMS would suffice)
BLACK or NOT, EMPOWERMENT or NOT we are shareholders and I seriously wonder if you treat your shareholders of the MTN Group with the same DISRESPECT when "Dividends Time" presents itself.
