I HAVE NEVER ASKED FOR MY STATEMENTS TO BE EMAILED!! If you decide that you want your company to be more "greener" do it another way. DO NOT FORCE your customers into using email. I'm 59 years old and i don't always check my emails. I want my statements delivered to me via post like it was always done. Your company tried the email thing, but it didn't work because they got my email address wrong. If you want to go "GREEN" do not let the customer suffer for you to get a good name!!!
