On the 13/11/2013 I called regarding a problem with a USSD Code on the Telkom Mobile network. The REFERENCE number for that call is 10171129. A few days later I received an SMS from African Bank confirming that "Your African Bank query has not been resolved". Well, WHY NOT??? This is NOT Rocket-Science. You (African Bank) did NOT notify Telkom Mobile (previously, 8ta) of the USSD, required to obtain balances or purchase airtime via a mobile device. Why not? Do NOT, in future, send me text messages stating that my query has not been resolved. Take the initiative and rather resolve it. Inform TELKOM MOBILE of your valid USSD codes so that they (Telkom Mobile) can add your USSD codes to their network! Is that too difficult???
