What is the delay now?

My accident happened on the 25/10/2013 and the car was a write-off. The assessor and the independent investigator have finished their respective jobs and submitted their reports to the insurer. For two solid weeks I have been receiving conflicting reports from the business consultant, Maria Mazibuko, as to why the matter is not being finalised either way i.e claim being repudiated or honoured. The excuses and stories range from non-availability of personnel who can authorise the claim, or waiting for voice logs or waiting for missing information from "Loss Adjusters" etc. I just do not know what to do or say anymore becuase the delay is frustrating. I wish they could reach a decision sooner rather than later.
