Poor, pathetic, disgusting service

I have a credit card with you that fell in arrears in 2009 due to unforeseen circumstances.

It is the only debt I have left over owing you or anybody for that matter and you just keep on making decisions and act on my behalf without knowing me or consulting me in any way or fashion.

I want this matter to end right now, this month and I want someone to give attention to this matter once and for all.

I am sick and tired of being treated like a by you and I will stand getting bullied by you anymore.
