I had a bad lightning strike which took out a number of electronic items in my home including my Telkom Router and laptop. I reported the matter to Ruth at roughly 09am the morning.By 13H00 the same day she had come back to me with feedback that the claim had been accepted and that I could expect payment within three days. the arrangement was met. I have never experienced this type of service and Ruth's positive attitude is an asset to any Company. Thank you
