Cant help me dont know how to

I had a FNB acc many years ago. I now wish to link my paypal acc with a FNB acc. Nobody in the Keywest branch seem to be able to assist me in getting this sorted out. The ladies behing the counter in enquiries are running up and down phoning paypal not knowing what to do. They have such bad attidudes cant believe i have to deal with this bank again
