I would like to take some time to thank you for the service that you have provided this morning. Making contact with you re my damage to my vehicle windscreen this morning was a bit of a concern as I have never claimed from any insurance since 1999 December. However I must confess that you have assured me that it wont be rocket science to have it sorted. Your service and expertise was just wonderful and a very happy client on the other side. The company that will carry out the repairs have also contacted me via a SMS to assure me that the will come back to me within 30 mines to deal with the matter.
For service like this you don't get it anywhere these days. I would also like to thank you for sorting out my excess concern, made me comfortable i do not have an excess... After sales service to me are so important and for that you deserve a plus of 100% for excellent service and the follow up on the contact from the people that will deal with me i.e. explaining that they are a bit behind with the work etc. Great stuff
