I submitted a claim a while ago and Munier assisted with much eagerness and friendliness. He had all the answers to my questions and provided speedy service. There was no time delays in his promise to return my calls or to respond to my emails. I work in a client service environment and this is the type of service I want my helpdesk to deliver. Thank you Munier for all your help. Let it be known that even with the company's email problems/delays, Munier tried hisutmost best to keep me informed and up to date w.r.t my claim.
