I am not happy with the service from finrite as they have never been honest with me from the biggining of my contract, I always have to be the person who does follow ups which this is not my job to do, I will be writting to the ombudsman becouse clearly I am not getting any assistance from you people. Your customer service is appouling and always telling to customers. I would like to know what is happening with my enquiry.
